The breakthrough, Panerai owes not only the striking design, which is still popular with the watch wearers, but a happy coincidence in 1993: During filming of the film "Daylight" Sylvester Stallone discovered by chance some Luminor diver watches in a shop in Florence - and bought one. A little later, he ordered 101 copies with the name Luminor Daylight Slytech.
