Baguette magic.

Baguette cut diamonds are rectangular in shape with a large table and represent the highest quality and perfection. They impress less with their brilliance than with their clarity and purity, because even the smallest impurities or inclusions in the stone are unforgivable. When lining up baguette diamonds in the channel setting, it is particularly important that each diamond is set exactly like the one next to it. The jewel setter has to react individually to the nature of each stone and make five to eight decisions per diamond regarding the angle, position of the stone, pressure, surrounding material and fit. Only a perfectly positioned diamond can reflect the light optimally and only a precisely symmetrical arrangement of the individual stones gives the ring its perfectly pure look.
